Proceeds from the event, as well as a silent auction and a centerpiece drawing,
benefit the Tustin Community Foundation. The foundation works to
"promote and advance philanthropy in the greater Tustin area."

Following dinner, guests watched a roast of the mayor by members
 of the Tustin City Council and a speech by Amante himself.
