For the first year that anyone on the
Tustin Library staff can remember, every single gift tag we
were given was matched with a present for a needy child or
senior. The teen tags were the last to go; but thanks
to the generosity of the TCF, not a single teen on our list
was without a game or gift card or free pass to a movie!
My heart is filled
with gratitude for each of you!
Thanks, Erin, for being the conduit of
generosity!
Please
share with our TCF family!

Over the past year, Special Olympics
Orange County has operated its programs in the City of
Tustin through generous funding from the Tustin Community
Foundation. Athletes trained in their sports at Currie
Middle School and other community facilities to prepare for
competitions held throughout the year. Funds from the
grant were used to purchase uniforms, fund facility rentals,
and provide transportation to competitions. All
program expenses were provided at no charge to our athletes,
their families, or the district. Feedback from
athletes, coaches, and volunteers about programs in the City
of Tustin has been positive and we are excited to continue

Thank you for the Tustin Community Foundation's grant for
our Tustin Program. This money makes a great
difference in the lives of our families dealing with
domestic violence. The following comment from one of our
graduates expresses how Human Options and generous donors
like you have changed her life:
After being (at the shelter) for the
short time that I have, I see a HUGE difference in
myself. Life isn't so scary anymore. I'm no longer
so confused about why things happened to me and I'm able
to work on not letting this happen to me again.
I've started to pick myself up again and dust myself off
so I can move forward with my life. Kate, 2004

often dream their child will grow to be successful, happy,
